Michael Sperandeo uses new media as a platform that allows his work to escape the confines of the real and venture into the surreal. Current technologies, such as: Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, 3d scanning and 3d rendering tools (both real time and non real time), facilitate his love for creating interactive and other worldly experiences. Michael's work is narrative focused and draws reference from mythology, numerology and symbolism. He looks to bring a contemporary vision to ancient mythos by using technology to help encode meaningful ideas into exciting and fun interactions.
